Attorney Nichols did what we thought was the impossible. We were t-boned by someone who took a red light, while we had a green turning light. After learning that the police officers who arrived on scene afterwards had improperly (and unethically in my opinion) put both parties at fault just because they failed to do their job and investigate or interview witnesses, our first attorney (Morgan & Morgan to be exact) dropped us because it wasn't an "easy case."
