I recently had a service call since my air conditioner wasn't cooling. He was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner and gave me a price to repair or replace it. I decided to replace the a/c and am very satisfied with the guy who came to install it as well as the guy who serviced it. nichols supposedly serviced my parents furnace and humidifier around a year ago, my father was very ill and has since passed on, mom made an annual check up appointment which I am CANCELING after I saw that the service sticker that was left on the unit said check and change filters , and they had done NEITHER, 2 relics of filters remained in the unit from previous owners and one didn't even fit the unit sticking out 1/2 way from being jammed into another filter, the filter for the humidifier was corroded to the unit obviousl... read more
You installed a combo air and heater about 6 years ago. I called this summer that I'm not getting air in the kitchen and you said you would come and take a look, you never showed you gave me the normal cures like filter or a animal nocked down the pipe. l sent a man down to take a look. The pipe was laying on the ground and I have ben heating and cooling the craw space for about 4 to 5 years the screw was very hard to install so your man just pushed the pipe into the register and never secured it with a screw so my man used ... read more
