Ben and his team were amazing. We woke up on a cold winter morning to no heat and hot water so we called Nichols. Ben was able to come and install a new furnace the next day for us all at a reasonable price. Ben and his team did a wonderful job and we are very happy with our new boiler. We would definitely recommend for any HVAC needs.

Fantastic company! I try to self service everything I can, but our central A/C stopped working despite my best efforts. Called Nichols and the owner came out the same day. He quickly found the issue, fixed it, and offered advice for future upgrades (that will save us money in the long run). I will be using Nichols again and once it’s time to replace the old A/C unit, I won’t even consider another company. Very fair pricing, excellent customer service, and superior product outcomes.
