I just met Dr. Nichols for the first time and he was so nice! This was the first time- in the history of me going to any OBGYN- where I did not have to wait long to be seen. His office is safe and secure and that stood out to me as something I really appreciated. The appointment was very comfortable and everything looked clean. I wish he still delivered because I definitely would have used him.
I have seen Dr. Nichols since our unfortunate miscarriage in 2003 when he was in Sparta. He was always kind, compassionate and thorough. I still see him now and wouldn't have it any other way. He delivered my granddaughter as well.
Doctor Nichols is smart, professional and kind. He made me feel very comfortable during my examination and answered my questions. His staff was very nice and helpful. The other reviewers are a bit too critical. Kind, knowledgeable and professional = a great doctor.
Dr. Nichols is very rude and does not give you the time of day. He's in and out of the room I switched to Dr. Lewis in Sparta while 29 weeks pregnant when I almost had my son because of neglect on dr. Nichols end. If you want to be healthy and want your child to survive do not go to him!!! The office staff is so rude I've had them scream at me while pregnant because I was at a doctors appointment and my blood pressure was 120/110 and dr. Nichols said it was completely fine and ignored it.

Dr. Nichols and his staff changed for the worse once he moved into his new building. Hesitantly, I went in one more time last week to see if things were better, but no such luck. He spent about 2 minutes in the room with me and addressed one out of 3 questions/concerns before saying have a nice day and walking out the door. I feel like Dr. Nichols did a drive-by for my visit. The triple booking is causing a rotating door with concerns NOT addressed. Totally unsatisfied. Will not be returning.
