Communication with Nichols Electric was quick and clear at all levels and I had an appointment in less time than originally proposed. I also added on an additional service when they arrived, which was done along with the upgrade. The techs were professional, courteous and helpful, reviewed all the work with me ahead of time and kept me in the loop as they worked.

Matt and his partner were incredibly nice, worked quickly, and were honest and upfront. They were a pleasure to talk with and did a great job! As well, both Matt and Penny worked with me after the first visit around a misunderstanding I had to help me fix it. They really went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
