I love the convenience of booking online and great text and phone communication! Good job! A technician unclogged the bathroom drain! $599 seemed a bit steep, but since I couldn't do it myself.... I should not complain and just be grateful, which I am! Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful Company! I needed some re-wiring and new venting/exhaust done in my main bathroom. Matt was sent out to give me the estimate, and then came out to do the work. Not only was he extremely polite, but VERY knowledgeable. I can't thank you enough for everything you did. You cleaned up after yourself, like you weren't even here. That is amazing! It's hard in today's world to trust people coming into your home. You certainly are a very trustworthy company!

Matt was super friendly and professional. Replaced two switches for an affordable price and identified an issue with our panel box we didn't know about. Grateful for his expertise and honesty explaining options. I was happy to purchase the Gold Membership since I know there is more electrical and plumbing work to be done.

We have had both electrical and plumbing projects handled by Nichols and we couldn't be happier. The scheduling/office staff are always extremely helpful and courteous and their technicians have been transparent, efficient, and considerate. They were able to take care of our issues on the same day of service in a timely manner and did so without trying to sell us additional products (unlike some of Nichols' competitors we have used in the past).
