They were great. Steve answered the phone quickly, after I tried several in town and no one answered the phone or returned calls. Brett came out same day, late in afternoon and confirmed the A/C motor housing had broken. He talked me thru the issues, verified the motor was still good and then went to YORK and got the warranty replacement parts in-between his other jobs. To get my AC system up and running quickly.

New customer for life here. ‍♀️ I wanted to work with a small, local company instead of one of the bigger guys because I didn't feel like I could trust them to do an honest job, so I reached out to Nichols Cooling after my A/C suddenly stopped working yesterday (mid-August with 100+ temps). Brett was awesome!! Ac went out Tuesday had it up and running Wednesday night . The family was grateful to have ac again. Very professional on time and very clear on work that was needed. Will be the only company I use.👊

I was provided amazing service by Nichols Cooling and Heating. Their team stayed on the phone with me multiple times through the day to walk me through troubleshooting and repairing my A/C. Do business with this company in confidence, they truly care about their customers.
