Nichols Construction treated my 94-year-old Mom's small bathroom renovation as their top priority. Throughout the build, they were kind and gracious to all her needs, all while providing top-notch quality. Dave Nichols and his crew are trusted professionals.
Dave and Joe did a great job converting a spare bedroom into a master bath and walk in closet. The guys were here everyday until the work was complete. Everything looks great, the guys are very fussy about quality and finish of their work, they even fixed some shabby work done years ago by another company. Two thumbs up for Nichols construction.
We had replaced our cinderblock basement wall a few years ago, which required tearing out the drywall, framing & egress window box on the finished side of the basement and it was past time to replace it. We contacted Nichols Construction for a quote and my husband asked if they'd also be willing to replace the ceiling fan in our master bathroom & what that would cost. Incredible work! Made our vision come to life!
After someone drove their car into the side of my home, I contacted Dave @ Nichols Construction and hired him to do the work to repair all the damage that had been done not only to the side of my home but also the roof over my patio that was almost destroyed. Some blocks in my basement wall had to be removed and replaced and the patio slab had to be removed and replaced to accomadate the basement wall being repaired.
