UPDATE: Our banks are in the process of doing charge backs. We also found out from Toyota that they lied about the a/c hose ever being installed or damaged and the alignment was never done and they did not replace bushings, they also lied about the steering rack and used old parts and that we had to have long travel suspension or this would happen again. They also threw away our parts which are legally ours and we were never asked in writing if we wanted them thrown away. They will compensate us for those parts also. The alt... read more
