I have been very satisfied with the service received from Dick Nichols. My calls were returned and he was very courteous when he diagnosed the problem with my furnace and when he came to repair it. I will continue to use the service from Nichols Sheet Metal in the future.

I was charged 3 hours labor for a thermostat replacement that 3 other HVAC contractors told me took an hour at the most to replace. So, at $85 an hour for labor, Dick Nicholls overcharged me by $170. Over $300 to replace a thermostat on a heater. I am an out of town landlord, and feel that this company took advantage of that fact to overcharge me.
