Wow this guy is terrible:
Would really not recommend. Nicholls installed a fence in my backyard, damaged WOW cable lines, and is now completely ignoring me and the company who is working on WOW’s behalf to recover the damages, potentially putting me in a bad position. Use someone else!
Please do not use Nicholls fence. I put a deposit down April 1st 2021 and they were supposed to install a fence at the beginning of June. He called me and said there was a labor shortage but he had already purchased my material so the install would go in about the beginning of July. I totally understood but by August I started calling him asking when it would actually go in. When I could leave messages because his voicemail is always full none of them were ever returned.
