Allan Nicholls and Barbara Gimber are a great pair with whom to work. We love our Custom Building System home (Coral Reef, Rancher). We had plenty of lead time to work with Barbara and Allan on customizing some features of this home such as size, ceiling height, windows, porch, kitchen cabinets, decking and other items.
