I was nervous about the process of selling my house and all of the things that needed to be done before putting it on the market. Nichole did not pressure me at all but rather gave me good advice and great referrals to people who could do landscaping, repairs, cleaning and junk removal. Working with Nicole and her team was an effortless experience. Calls were returned promptly, and questions were dealt with efficiently. The seller was difficult to work with and Nicole handled the issues and the seller’s agent respectfully, but in the end I purchased the house on my terms and Nicole fought for my needs and didn’t give up.
