This has been a horrible insurance experience. Almost every simple thing like addresses and maintaining the quoted pricing can’t seem to be handled properly or quickly. No one answers the phone. It’s costing me money that I’m not even supposed to be paying. The tiny bit of information I did receive is completely inaccurate. DO NOT use this office or agent. I will be cancelling ASAP.
WORST INSURANCE REP OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES, SO YOU CANT TALK TO YOUR REP TO CHANGE YOUR POLICIES OR MAKE YOUR PAYMENT BY PHONE UNLESS YOU JUST CALL THE 1800 NUMBER THAT DIRECTS YOU TO THEIR NATIONAL CALL CENTER. ID HATE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO GET A HOLD OF YOUR REP TO MAKE A CLAIM IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. Worst! Experience ever! I've been with this agent for years. The new staff can't seem to get anything right! I asked to place other drivers along with my policy and they can't seem to get the names right on each policy wrong spelling and wrong individuals!
