Nichole was outstanding from start to finish. Since we were out of state during the sale, we relied on her heavily, and she exceeded every expectation. Nicole was amazing from the get go! She hired excellent photographers to showcase our house. The pictures and drone footage were fantastic. Nicole did numerous open houses and was prompt to share feedback of potential buyers. She is kind and thoughtful and her commitment is impressive! She had great suggestions for staging and always answered our phone calls/emails. We feel lucky to have had her represent us!
I had a broker before Nichole for 70 days and had little communication and no offers. I hired Nichole and she took charge getting my house under contract in under a week! Great communication, very upfront and honest, did whatever it took to get the sale done! I couldn't be happier with Nichole's performance. It's true, you need the right real estate agent to make things happen, and Nichole is that real estate agent!
