I've been with State Farm for 10+ years. I have been with three agents and Nichole has been my favorite so far. Her office has been attentive and communicative when I have had questions or needed help. My previous agent did not correct a problem with my case which was causing my insurance payments to rise. I switched to Nichole and Josh in her office was able to correct the mistake and get my payments down to what I expected them to be.
Going to be honest, I had never filed a claim before because you hear horror stories about how insurance companies are always looking out for themselves instead of their customers. But after talking with Josh and him explaining the process, it made the whole process much easier and less scary. This group really does a great job looking after any State Farm customer, even those who may not be directly tied to this specific branch.
Josh made this process very easily, he answers email and calls fast, he is very nice, and always willing to help you!
Sabrina was wonderful. Did did an excellent job getting me the insurance I needed.
Update: was good until it wasn’t and they just dropped us. Then text me a year later wanting our business back? After they dropped us. No thanks. Very personable and caring group of people. Saved us money on all of our insurance! Great place!
