I became a doctor because I wanted to take care of women throughout their lives, which is an exceptional privilege. I have advanced fellowship training in the medical and surgical treatment of endometriosis, abnormal vaginal bleeding, and fibroids. When needed, I advocate for minimally invasive surgery (vaginal, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic). I prefer a holistic approach in my practice and like to work with my patients together to make the best treatment plan for their individual needs.

Dr. Mahnert has been my doctor for a total of 4-5 years now. She is excellent in what she does. Have trusted her with multiple surgeries needed for myself and my conditions. Sad she’s leaving Banner Health. But I know she’s taking her amazing provider needs elsewhere. Thank you for everything Dr. Mahnert.
Edit: As of July 2024 Dr. Mahnert will no longer be practicing at Banner. I am editing my 1 star review to a 5 star review, as I wish Dr. Mahnert all the best practicing elsewhere. I would be happy to give Dr. Mahnert another chance in a different medical system, however I no longer live in the area. I cannot speak to Dr. Mahnert’s skills as a physician, as she did not show up for my appointment. I cannot speak to Dr. Mahnert’s skills as a physician, as she did not show up for my appointment. I had a 9am appointment on 4/9/2024 at Dr. Mahnert’s office at the Banner Health facility located at 1213 E Camelback Rd. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I was informed that Dr. Mahnert was at her other office that day. There was another patient in the waiting room with me who was also scheduled to see Dr. Mahnert that day, so this was not a scheduling mistake made with an individual patient. I felt comfortable from the moment I met Dr. Mahnert and her team. They explained the surgery so I completely understood what was going to happen. I woke up from recovery and actually felt great. All my pain I had been having for years was gone. The Watermelon sized ovarian cyst was gone and I felt like i could breath again and all i had were four small incisions(Robotically approach).
