Nichole is the Best provider I have ever gone to. Very Professional and Sympathetic to my needs. I wish all my Providers were as good as Nichole. I am so sorry to see her leave HSHS. Thank you for providing great care.

If I could write a 0 or negative 4 I would, my 88 year old Mother has been a patient of hers for almost 10 years. She has no sympathy or kindness in her heart. She refuses to help my Mother who is in dire pain. She has no care or compassion for anyone. Please be advised to steer clear of this evil person. She is not a doctor or a nurse, watch your back because she will not help you or a family member . Beware Anne Wilson
