Auto pay never works, account information to set up online bill pay and over the phone bill pay unsuccessful. When asked for assistance we were told everything should work with online bill pay and never did. Hours are only open during business hours so paying directly is also impossible for a regular working adult. Customer service reps were always nice but unfortunately were never able to help with payments online or over the phone.
