This was my first appointment with Dr Gates and I was very confident that he would help to resolve my issue. I liked his confidence and matter of fact approach. He listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. He has the experience and knowledge as well as a proven track record. I know I am in good hands.
Dr Gates was decisive & guided me through the process dealing with my Achilles issue. Ortho Cincy has a very efficient process & it was appreciated!
Dr Gates was great. He told me what was what and left the decision up to me. And I thank him for that.
Doctor Gates was nice and got right to the issue I was having.
Service was good, waiting in room for about 20 minutes, trash cans were filled to the max and the floor was filthy with blood spots .
