They came out for a service call in MARCH!! They pumped my tank and I paid them. Here I am in December and I receive a "past due" notice from them asking for $150. First billing statement I received from them, ever. I paid the amount due when they were on site. 9 months later they're coming after me. I called to dispute and the woman answering the phone said they had an issue with their billing system and someone should have called me. And yet, they still want me to pay up despite their mistake.
