I've recently had to deal with Lisa Nguyen where current tenants have left and we've had to find new tenants. Lisa has been a pleasure to deal with. she's been quite attentive to meet at certain times of the day (due to my work commitments) that were suitable for me, she is quick to inform when tenants have found issues with the house, and the house was only vacant for 3 weeks between tenants. Overall a really nice and friendly experience.
Rebecca Grego was super unprofessional and hostile. She tried to convince us that the uncomplete work was part of the build (with her Havianas thongs...).
I've had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Scott Real Estate for over a decade. We have now parted ways, but will be more than happy to resume business with them if the opportunity presented. Josie has been amazing to deal with since the moment she called me following my enquiry about a property for sale. Other agencies didn’t even respond or sent me abrupt sms replies.
