A Current Affair states it all. Underquoting of properties. Underquoting only ends up costing more. This owner knows this. Thank goodness there are still honest real estate agents available. Obviously Not this one. At least his licence will be taken.
A fantastic agency to deal with and have been very much looked after by Matthew Aspiotis in particular. He is extremely responsive to emails and made the process of applying for and moving into a property very quick and easy. Would highly recommend.
Unethical, Dishonest, and Disrespectful I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of this real estate agent. They made an unsolicited approach to my family’s deceased estate, claiming they were “knocking on all doors in the neighborhood” to gauge interest in selling. However, after speaking with multiple neighbours, it became clear ours was the only home they targeted, a fact that reeks of dishonesty.
