Everybody in this office is so nice and personable! The wait time was extremely short and the atmosphere was great. Amazing experience.
It was our first time at this office location, despite being a previous patient with Dr. Rutkowski and his staff. It was an amazing experience. Everything was explained in great detail regarding each examine for my eyes and for my toddler son's very first eye doctor appointment. I appreciate such a prompt, yet informative eye doc office.
Booking the appointment was easy and I got in without a long wait. The staff is really friendly and does their best to make you feel relaxed. In my case I need cataract surgery in both eyes so the lady wouldn't allow me to buy glasses until after the surgery. She even mention that I might not need glasses after the surgery. This is the first time I have had an eye doctor appointment and not had to buy new glasses. To be fair it is also the first time I was told to get the surgeries.
