Dr Rowan is all about what a Dr should be. I had sinus surgery I breathe better now than before. He called me the night before to ask if I was ready to roll, what Dr does that???? He explains everything so you understand what will happen to you in the operating room. I found the Drs at Hopkins the ones I’ve dealt with so far do not compare to Dr. Rowan. We love Dr. Rowan. He's down to earth and talks to you like a real person. He explains things well and can laugh with you.
I am absolutely grateful that I was referred to Dr. Rowan from another doctor! Dr. Rowan took time to explain everything to me to ensure I not only understood everything but to ensure that I was comfortable with the plans for surgery. He is extremely respectful and caring and called me himself before my surgery to see if I had any questions and put my mind at ease. His staff is also very helpful and caring. I am happy to recommend him and I am happy to call him my doctor!
I have suffered with sinus issues for years. I had a very bad experience when I had my first sinus surgery. After that I became a patient of Dr. Rowan. He seriously saved me life! He is not only very respectful and has a great bedside manners, he is so thorough, professional, and answers all the questions I always have. AND the most important thing.. I no longer have sinus pain, like I had for the past 3-4 years. I am very picky with my providers and I always look at reviews. I would give more than 5 stars for Dr. Rowan.
