Dr. Phillips is very good! His staff however not so much. My insurance had stopped paying and they did not tell me. i was paying my co pay without knowing the insurance was not paying. two years after i had stopped going they sent me a bill for over $800 for what the insurance didnt pay. I wrote to them asking for an explaination and never received an answer. they continue to send me bills which i refuse to pay until i get an explaination.
