I was fooled by the positive reviews. If you are not white do not bother seeing this PA. He appears biased and disgruntled and it will reflect in the notes about you. He spoke to me with such repressed rage. This was an interrogation not any caring. Hope he deals with his implicit bias through cultural sensitivity training.

I very rarely leave reviews but I truly must in this instance. I have been seeing psychiatrists for more than 15 years and Dr. Obertis is the first one who I would truly recommend. He actually helped me taper off my SSRIs after 12 years on them, when so many other psychiatrists would basically say "why would you want to do that?". 5 stars for Nicholas, he always listens to you and is willing to work with you to develop a medication plan. He's always friendly and personable while remaining professional. However, Mindful Care is becoming an increasingly impersonal corporate monolith. Phone contact is routed to a call center, and they want payment up front before they send zoom links. I feel like I'm dealing with a bank, not a doctor's office.
