Dr Nicholas and Michelle has been very professional to me and offer high-quality customer care throughout my years of seeing them. I have been to many different ones but prefer this one because of their tech and they are incredibly thorough with managing my conditions/ do not rush to ensure I get the best correct treatments. Also, they respond to enquiries and requests in a very prompt and polite manner. Highly recommend to anyone 5/5 without hesitation 😊

Was not professional receptionist at the optometrist - We have not agreed to get the glasses from them yet - I only asked her to check how much I would get from the private insurance - but she claimed straight away from insurance and asked me to sign for the claims. Both NIcholas and the receptionist did not even sorry for that. And said don't worry I will refund it why you were so upset.
