I will never return to the West 7th My Eye Dr location again after my abysmal experience with Dr. Nicholas Marcopulos. I scheduled an appointment with him a few weeks ago for a routine check-up and contact lens fitting. I have been wearing the 2-week Acuvue Oasys contact lenses for many years with no issues, so I was certainly not looking to try something new. Terrible experience with Dr. Nicholas Marcopulos. He was very rude and impatient during the eye exam. We were doing the "1 or 2" part of the exam, and I would tell him, "Well 2 is better, but it's still blurry". He would respond with "well you have to pick one, it's not going to be perfect, just pick the one". It escalated to him passive aggressively asking me to "pick one or 2" and telling me I'm "not communicating adequately" because the options on the screen where not as clear as I usually get to during eye exams.
