First would like to start the review by thanking Nick, he is absolutely great, down to earth and knows what he is doing. I was looking for a decent size ring has been quoted by bigger brands to be relatively expensive. My co-worker who has lived around the area referred me to Nick and he was able to delivery a better quality product (same size stone, better parameters) for a third of the price. I went for a necklace clip replacement and it went well the first time. But that clip broke within 3 months so I returned to get it replaced again. I dropped it off on a Friday and they told me next Tuesday. I came in the next Friday to be safe but it wasn’t done still. They also took 10 minutes to find my necklace which was worrisome. It wasn’t a good experience at all.
