I was excited to support a local small business, but this place did not meet my expectations. My boyfriend's sentimental Citizen Eco-Drive watch had stopped working years ago, so I dropped it off at Nicholas James to see what they could do... 2 weeks in, after not hearing from them, I called in to check the progress - it needed a new capacitor and a cleaning, estimated at $240. Their goldsmith is a miracle worker. I went to 2 other jewelry stores who said my ring couldn't be fixed. The jeweler here looked surprised when I told him other jewelers couldn't fix the ring. A week later my ring was fixed and it looks better than ever. 10/10 would recommend for repair work.
