saw Dr Russo for third time today for annual check up. He is knowledgeable, attentive, caring and overall a person you would want to work with. He doesn't rush and gives you all the time you need. I had an ultrasound on my neck area and he came in to review a few minutes later. Good news, no problem. There is a problem with the office management. They want to give you two appointments to see him next time. One for the technician to do the scan and one for the following week for the doctor to discuss the results. Same thing h... read more
Dr Russo has an amazing. Bedside maner, he's smart ,kind and knows his stuff ....he did My carotid in October no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend him
Absolutely one of the worst experiences! Can't say anything about the dr because we didn't make it passed the receptionist. My daughter was called to come to their office by her emergency room visit with blood clots in her arm from a PICC line. As I was filling out papers the receptionist asked my daughter to sign and I interrupted her and told her I'm her POA and she got mad. Then was talking to her coworker about me and didn't like that I seen her so she got the office manager and it turned into a huge problem and made us ... read more
