I was told that I needed a graft to get dailysis. They tried to push me into getting it done. I'm not going to get the graft. I've only been on dialysis for 5 months now. I'm unhappy with the way they treated me. I would give a Zero if I could.
Dr. Madden him self is very perfectionol, nice, and caring, his pa seem I was just another patient to get through, when I asked her a important question, she didn't answer, just kept saying huh, huh, huh,, then got little cocky after that, thank you
I would give zero if I could!!! This office is a JOKE, the receptionist is lazy, to say the least. I checked my husband in on the kiosk at 1:15pm, for a 1:30 appt, after sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes, my husband went to the window and asked why 2 others have been seen and left, that came in AFTER us. She proceeded to tell us that we weren't checked in, I know for a FACT that I checked in and completed the check in on the kiosk!! Well I'm glad this dr worked out for you others cause I got called my friend had 100%blockage in thigh...went thru a whole bypass staples in a big incision in groin that were left in too long only to find out after approximately 6 or 7 months it all collapsed after he complained for long period of something not being right he finally got a damn dopplerand now he also has a big hernia bulging outta that area that never had before. Never had a real med problem. Woke up on July 10th all hell broke lose. Thought I had a stroke. After I had the honor of meeting Dr Madden. Under horrible stress for me!!!! He informed me I didn't have stroke, however had 80 or 90 percent blockage in my left neck artery. Never had any real medical problems. Absolutely terrified. This angel in scrubs was so empathetic, loving and professional I can never thank him enough. One can only hope and pray if something goes wrong in your life, that Dr Madden will be there to save you... read more
