The Doctor was outstanding with very thorough for an initial examination. He is very professional yet quiet personal. Didn't try to hard sell his products. He definitely needs a quality reseptionalest, hard to find quality people now days.
I have always been treated very well at this office. This time staff had changed and the woman at the front desk was horrible. Will not be returning. I cx my appt and rescheduled at a different dr.
Dr. Brattis has always taken care of my eyes as well as two kids and my husband. Excellent skills and takes his time. He has fantastic choices for glasses and customer service is excellent. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Brattis.
