Dr. Buss was my cardiologist when I was an in-patient at Aurora Oshkosh. I was told this, because he never met me, never actually physically evaluated me, but instead ordered a bunch of tests, then dropped my case and left the hospitalists to treat a patient with new onset of yet undiagnosed heart failure. Not the kind of care I would recommend for anyone.
