I had a great experience with Shopko Optical in Onalaska. From the minute I walked in with my prescription to the minute I walked out with my new glasses. Staff were very helpful. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!
The good ladies at the Shopko eye clinic in Neenah asked me to write a review and so that is what I am going to do! I had an eye injury and they went out of their way to move heaven and earth to get my eyes examined as quick as possible. There is a sign on the door about "Caring Doctors" and that is indeed the facts! Will I be grumpy when the bill comes? Of course I will! I am cheap! But the ladies took care of me and my family and I are grateful for the great service!
Went back 3 times. Each time glasses were incorrect. Asked for refund. Very time consuming with not much of explanation as to why it was happening. The two girls that tried to help were amazing, tho. Thanks to Teresa and Betsy.
Yisel in union gap was most helpful just an awesome little gal! I recomend a raise as well as a pin. She really knows what she's doing.
Dayna helped me chose my glasses and my check in, She has such a great personality and was so helpful during the whole process.
i worked with Debra at the Oak Park Heights location. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance and glasses selection - Highly recommend
Not pleased with my new glasses. Everything looks blurry at a distance. Had to wear my old glasses which i can see much better with. Unfortunately i forgot to take them back brfore my 90 day limit was up. Stuck with a $800.00 dollar pair of glasses i can't wear. Lesson learned! J.ALLI

I can't say enough about the staff at 3rd Street Optical!! Dr. Hess has not only been my eye doctor since 1986, but also my son's doctor until he moved East!! Expert service; friendly, know us by name; Professional with a family touch!! Have never been disappointed since 1986!!
