Clueless, Pointless, Directionless....and that's a "build-up." They would not know intelligence if it jumped in the shower with them. If you want to know what ineffective and incompetent means, hire them. If you want to experience "slow pay" when you get money, hire them. They will NEVER push to pay you. The phone call to "pick up the money," is NOT coming. Given all the Law Firms out there, do yourself a favor, pick any other firm.
Dana dropped the ball more than once and caused unnecessary stress in the closing process. She didn't send the updated closing form. She didn't say she had to call the day of closing to verify bank routing info that I provided twice. I have no confidence in her abilities and proof in her inability to not communicate and provide a smooth closing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
