I missed two car payments due to a job loss. These people from the Ocala office called my elderly parents after 9 PM in the evening and threatened to send the police to their home and arrest someone if the car wasn't returned, causing my elderly mother of 80 years to panic to the point that she almost suffered a nervous breakdown. My father even threatened to sue them for calling after normal hours.. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
