Husband went and had several fillings done with them and they caused damage to the teeth because the dentist was distracted and began drilling before the assistant was there to cool the drills. And now after requesting his dental records they appear to be making us jump through hoops and to do anything possible to avoid giving us his scans. 20/10 would recommend! Absolutely friendly staff, patient and gentle!! There was a little bit of a wait before I got called back, but I would do that 1000 times over to get the service and care I acquire! Nothing less than exceptional service was experienced here!
I was very impressed, the ppl I delt with were amazing, Joel greeted me and made me feel truly welcome and Chris the dentist was very easy talking and and they both communicated with me as ppl , I will be a patient at Sterling health care in the future, and recommend every one I know to give Sterling Health Care a try.
I had already had a root canal done, wisdom teeth taken out, braces to straighten out an overbite (and fix a tooth I really disliked how it bit down and a front crooked top tooth). Then I already had a gum graft to fix a gum going too low due to, and fixed during, the braces. So, by the time I was seen for my 1st visit here, even though I expected to be told to floss more (and did bleed a little bit rinsing with water), he told the dentist it looked really good.
Loved the Dental staff! And front desk was super nice!
