I have spent over half a year waiting to have my teeth cleaned, only to be told the dentist wasn't in for the scheduled day and I'd be forced to wait three more months. The gargoyle at the front desk was more than happy to inform me that she did not care, as she has the social skills of a crab in a bucket. Dr. DiBenedetto and his staff are great, I've been fit in for multiple pressing dental issues but I've unfortunately found it impossible to get in for routine visits. Dr. DiBenedetto and his staff are really remarkable. The doctor is very patient, thorough and most of all his skills are excellent. The office reminds me of my childhood dentist very welcoming. So glad I found him.
The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door with Mrs. Beth wearing her warm smile like she always does. I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. Mrs. Tiffany (hygienist) was so knowledgeable and explains everything to me in understandable terms. She took the time to fully go over my dental health and presented several options on how to improve my teeth and all this was done in a professional and positive manner. Our family went to Dr. Broskey for years. He was very good. Dr. DiBenedetto took over the practice. We weren’t sure at first because such good doctors are hard to find. We give Dr. DiBenedetto FIVE STARS. He is very, very competent. He is genuine, calm, friendly and puts you completely at ease. He tells you exactly what he is doing and makes sure you are comfortable.
