We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Nicholas Design Build! After experiencing a terrible house fire a few years ago, bad luck went to worse when we hired a restoration company that unfortunately left our home in an even bigger mess. From start to finish, Kyle and his team, Chris, Shannon, Will, Andrew, and many other experienced and talented tradesmen, worked diligently and punctually to get our project done. We kinda felt like we were out of our league with the first class treatment and thoroughness during our final design meeting because they treated our smaller project like it was a big project and made us feel so cared for. Nicholas Design Build was recommended to me after I was left in a real bind when another contractor quit on me in the middle of my full remodel project. Kyle came in and agreed to complete the project and was very up front with potential risks since they were tearing out work previously completed by the other contractor. I highly recommend the Nicholas Design Build Team. Their attention to detail, communication, and quality of work was outstanding. We will use them for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them.
Chris Neighbor was excellent to work with on this project. The team always does any outstanding job communicating all aspects of the build process. Appreciated the nice clean work space they always kept. Cleaned up daily and always sure to let me know they were done for the day and my space was locked up. This was my second time working with the team at Nicholas Designs and will not be the last. Thanks again to Kyle, Chris and Alec for the work on my project. Completed above expectations again!
