I spent 4 years looking for the right company for a major addition and remodel to our home and Nicholas was worth the wait. From the first visit to the last day of construction, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and kind. We lived in our home for the entire 6 month process of removing the roof, building a second story, and remodeling the downstairs to match. The team at Nicholas Design Build did a great job reinventing a space to work for us as we moved into a new home. Our upstairs was a rental and needed completely gutted and reimagined to be two bedrooms. We were really pleased with the design overall and the open communication along the way. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Nicholas Design Build! We contacted Kyle at Nicholas Design Build after an unfortunate leak caused major water damage in our master bathroom. Kyle stopped by that same afternoon.
