Dr. Defusco is a great doctor. Really nice guy and very professional. I've never had an issue with him and he's been my primary for years. Seems like the reason for his 1 star reviews are due to scheduling or secretary issues. Please don't let that sway your opinion on the actual doctor and his care for you. I'd recommend Dr Defusco to anyone.
Seen Dr. Defusco for several years. Smart and competent, wouldn't go anywhere else.
This office failed me in the worst possible way. I'm an older patient who trusted them with My Health for years. And that trust nearly cost me my Li. Went in for a regular blood work like I always do weeks went by and I never heard anything. So I soon know news was good news. What they never told me was that my blood work showed clear signs of diabetes. It was right there and black & white and no one called. This office is a joke and completely misleading about the kind of care they provide. They make it seem like they’re here to help, but the truth is — they don’t care about their patients at all. I called in with severe kidney stone pain, already diagnosed at the ER, just needing a follow-up and help managing the pain. I’ve been a patient here for years and every time I actually need care, they make it nearly impossible. This time I called because I was having severe stomach pain and needed to be seen.
