This office failed me in the worst possible way. I'm an older patient who trusted them with My Health for years. And that trust nearly cost me my Li. Went in for a regular blood work like I always do weeks went by and I never heard anything. So I soon know news was good news. This office is a joke and completely misleading about the kind of care they provide. They make it seem like they’re here to help, but the truth is — they don’t care about their patients at all. I called in with severe kidney stone pain, already diagnosed at the ER, just needing a follow-up and help managing the pain. !!!!!AVOID THIS DOCTOR!!!! This is by far the most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a patient here for years and every time I actually need care, they make it nearly impossible. This time I called because I was having severe stomach pain and needed to be seen. !WARNING! My experience with this office was completely unacceptable. After waiting an entire year for an appointment with Dr. DeFusco, it was abruptly canceled last minute because the doctor was unavailable. The staff, especially the supervisor, were extremely rude and dismissive. They showed no regard for my time or well-being. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or respectful care.
