I had ACDF (Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion) surgery 3 weeks ago. My recovery is going better than I expected. I think the recovery is going so well because of Dr. Ferraro surgical skills and the analysis of my condition. Dr. Ferraro went an extra mile on his analysis of my condition by ordering additional images of my neck and his thought process. The other surgeon I considered for the procedure did not. EXCELLENT neurosurgeon! Dr. Ferraro took my case when three others did not after a thorough exam, audit of past procedures and review of medical records. He wanted to ensure that I could benefit surgery, in which I did. I cannot convey how much I feel better already. He was always available for questions and any paperwork I needed. His office is both kind and compassionate. What I am most grateful for is the sound guidance that is conservative and what is best for my profile. I cannot recommend Dr. Ferrero enough. Thank you!
Dr Ferraro is the best surgeon I’ve ever seen, and I’ve unfortunately seen many. He correctly diagnosed me when no one else could after I’d had a terrible fall. My legs kept buckling, causing me to fracture my lumbar spine, and I kept dropping things and losing control of my arms. I went to er’s and drs, but no one could explain what was happening to me.
