Dr Blavatsky repaired my torn achilles tendon in 2013. It was a bad tear that needed reconstruction with cadaver tendon as the ends were shredded like tentacles (not a clean tear). It's now 8 years later and I'm able to everything I was able to before. I'd travel from Nevada to Butte to see DR Blavatsky if I had another achilles injury that required surgery...
Every time I see this doctor he knows nothing about my case. At an appointment for a pre-op he had the nerve to ask why he was seeing me. He never once read my chart before entering the room, and I was lucky if I got him to stay in the room for more than 30 seconds. Always has his hand on the door knob while in the room. Following this surgery he even wrote me a prescription for a medication that I am allergic to, verified with the office and surgery center that this info was in fact in my chart. Did our son's 2 ACL surgeries back in 1997-1998. Awesome caring Dr. Our son is now 39 and doing great.
Knowledgable but overpriced. Picked the right profession to make money.
