I been in that office for Dr. Apostolopoulos 3 times, when I went to get my 1st appointment, my 1 st appointment and a small rapid not invasive in office procedure. The office had always 2 new trainees the first 2 times I went to the office, the reception desk was always full of charts for everyone and anyone to see (major hipaa violations) a dry and careless attitude towards the patient 1st appointment changed my appointment time without notice. 35 mins wait before I got seen by the Dr. not including the 15 mins earlier arr... read more
I am a new patient of "Dr. Nick" and feel truly blessed to have been referred to him. He is kind, compassionate, patient and explains from beginning to end of what to expect after cataract surgery. Also a phone call the evening before surgery to ensure your comfort level. Dr Nick graciously accommodated a special needs situation- no hesitation- he stepped right up to the plate. If you are looking for an ophthalmologist, search no further, you couldn’t be in better hands!
Dr. Nick spends time with his patients and is very willing and open to answer any questions posed. Very comforting and reassuring to have him as the provider of my vision care.
Staff and Dr. Nick were very pleasant and efficient. Exam was very thorough with good discussion and feedback. Highly recommend this practice.
