I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Affara and his team for my dental needs. The whole experience of going to his office is efficient and pleasant. His receptionist is accommodating, responsive, friendly, and communicative. She makes every effort to reschedule appointments when either myself or Dr. Affara is unavailable and contacts me by text which is incredibly helpful for someone like me who has a hectic schedule. My entire family has been with Dr. Affara for over 10 yrs now. Not only is he the best dentist in Salem - but I’d go as far as saying in all of Massachusetts. He’s really good at what he does and has always worked with all of my family members to make us comfortable during procedures, providing successful counseling& referrals for dental services - and personally, he has served as my dental psychologist, too!
