I love my usual doctor at this clinic, however some scheduling miscommunication I ended up with Dr. Abrudescu. I went in for pregnancy confirmation as well as some concerns I was having with the pregnancy (which I was right to have as unfortunately didn’t end with good news a few days later) Dr. Abrudescu hardly acknowledged myself and my husband, and did not seem to want to listen or take any concerns seriously. I went to Dr. Abrudescu for a second opinion. He has a reassuring manner that put me instantly at ease.His procedure on me was gentle and reassuring. Talking to him in his office after the procedure was a pleasure. He answered all my questions , was personable and I felt invited. Perfect.
THE absolute nicest Dr and Staff that I have ever encountered in my life! He was patient and kind and gentle and most importantly, thorough. Nurses were friendly and respectful. Reception Staff were polite and patient and helpful.
I would not recommend to go to this clinic, I contacted them about a billing issue and was informed that when payments are taken in the office it is not listed on the bill. They state the insurance did not cover services when the insurance informed me they cover them. They put different codes in order to take additional money from you and your insurance. I would suggest to go elsewhere for your services needed.
