Great Dr., but if you have to deal with prior authorizations with Insurance and need the staff to figure things out with insurance , this is not the office for you. I have reported to patient advocates on multiple times already. there's a systemic issue with response time with the staff that isn't being addressed. If it wasn't such a big deal to find another great Dr. i would be gone already. 5 stars for the Dr. 0 stars for the staff

I absolutely love this office. Not only is Dr. Nicholas Avitabile a great and thorough doctor his staff are the best!! More Doctors offices should be run this way.
Ive had him as my doc. Since he started at Crystal run. He is nice and very theral.
Dr. Avitabile is great Endocrinologist who specialize in the care of thyroid disorder. He is a Doctor who cares and listen to you about any concerns you may have about thyroid disease. I truly recommend him. Also his staff are all very pleasant and always friendly.
