I've known Nichola for over 7 years and she is amazing. She is not what I would call your normal style counsellor. She doesn't just sit and listen and tick boxes. She explains whats happening inside of your head. Where and why the emotion is triggered and she keeps it real. Sometimes life is hard, sometimes life is good but she helps you understand the muddle inside of your head.
