Nichol truly is the quintessential realtor ... she's so friendly, fun to speak with ... but she's also very focused, dedicated to finding the right house ... and successfully closing! Nichol was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. We were out of state purchasers, and could not view the homes in person. She did very detailed showings via FaceTime, and made sure we had all the details. I would recommend her to anyone.
