Best doctor, best staff
Dr. Birchfield is very knowledgeable, has great beside manner and listens to your concerns. However, it is next to impossible to get ahold of someone at their clinic; instead its an answering machine with no returned calls. It took me a week and a half to get someone to answer the phone in order to schedule a telehealth visit to refill my medications (which I did on numerous occasions), to only be told that I needed to find a new doctor because they weren't going to refill vital medications for me via telehealth (none of the... read more
