"Morally and Financially Bankrupt" doesn't cover it. They stole thousands of dollars from the homeowner, and hundreds from me. lied in court (a criminal offense known as Perjury), and uses 3rd party cleaning companies to launder money stolen from bonds (one in particular named GoodRich Enterprise - Bit on the nose don't you think?). Goes without saying, when they're not scamming people looking to build a home, they're busy scamming property investors and tenants. How disappointing.
